I’m lucky to have worked with some incredible women and it’s been a privelege to be part of their journey. Below are some of their experiences of working with me.

After the 4 week programme I feel really positive! I feel a lot more in control and a lot calmer.

‘Before working with Jen I felt like I had a lack of time, every spare minute was taken, I always had a job to do and didn’t have enough time to spend with the kids. I refer to her as my fairy godmother because she has literally helped me transform my life!

I found the coaching sessions really useful and have implemented the ideas discussed which have helped me both at home and at work. I feel I can manage things easier and am much more confident at say no!

‘I had been feeling very stressed and not the best version of myself. 

What really helped me was that Jen actually listened to what was bothering me and helped me ground that it was a genuine reason to feel the way I do and that it was totally normal and understandable to be stressed. It really helped me actually think about what’s bothering me rather than just brush it off under the “i should be able to cope” umbrella.

It has given me some useful tools for overcoming some of the stressors I have been feeling. I am using the tools regularly and they are making the work and life balance easier.

I have a better way of turning off between work and home which has helped me be more present with my family.

‘I was missing direction since having my son and being unsure where to go from here with my time, my business & my family

I found Jen super relatable and comforting at a time when I didn’t know I needed to be comforted

I feel calmer, more thoughtful about the next step but also see more value in myself to put the inner work in with the support of others rather than always being the martyr of hard work. It allowed me to feel so present in my wedding day rather than burdened.

It’s improved my time for myself, my family has then had a more present me, and its allowed me to incorporate more exercise into my life which is also a big win
