It’s a bit of a mouthful isn’t it, but this quote, from my client Rebecca, pretty much sums up the power of coaching! It helps you uncover what’s going on, your biggest challenges/stressors and what you can do to overcome them. Empowering you to make positive change.

What’s Involved?

We don’t always needs a full coaching package to help us move forward, sometimes we just need a focused hour with the right person, asking the right questions and offering the right support!

You will get focused time with me to provide guidance and help you navigate your biggest stressor, whatever it is! 

I’ll help you identify what’s going on. Why you feel the way you do and what’s holding you back from moving forward in your personal life and business.  You may be surprised where the conversation takes you, as coaching helps you uncover what’s really going on! 

Moving Forward

 If there’s more than one big ‘stressor’ (which to be honest is highly likely!) then I will help you work out which one needs to be addressed first. What is really holding you back.

√ You will come away from the session with a least one powerful action step you are going to take straight away to start making positive change

√ I will offer you some additional tips and tricks to really boost your success

√ I will offer further recommendations to help you continue making changes

√ You will get a video summary detailing the key points of our session

√ You will also receive some written recommendations from me
