Goodbye Stress, Hello Success!

Helping Women in Business Achieve Lasting Succes by Overcoming Stress & Avoiding Burnout

It’s no secret that as women we are always putting everyone and everything else first.

Juggling the demands of our personal and working lives can be challenging! Throw running a business into the mix then it’s no wonder we can feel stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted!

As business owners, we live and breathe what we do, we can get bogged down and that’s why it’s important to find a balance so that we can run a thriving business whilst at the same time prioritising our wellbeing so we can live a happy and healthy life!

Overcome stress and overwhelm

Are you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted with the all the things you need to do?

Do you feel mentally depleted with nothing much left to give?

Are you lacking drive and motivation and the ‘spark’ for your business has gone?

Are you finding it hard to concentrate and make decisions which is stopping you from moving forward?

Do you feel guilty because you focus all your energy on your business and therefore not present with family and friends?

If you can relate and would like to feel calmer, more in control and able to show up for your business in a more positive way, then I can show you how.
What would this mean to you?
  • Feeling focused, motivated and ready to tackle whatever comes your way
  • Ability to make decisions easily and keep your business moving forward.
  • Work less and live more
  • Feel calm and relaxed
  • More time & energy to do the things you enjoy away from the business
  • Be present for friends and family
  • Enjoy life again and have fun
Manage stress

say goodbye to stress & overwhelm

Let me show you how...

Hi, I’m Jen and I get it because i’ve been there…

Having experienced two burnouts and spending over a decade trying to find ways to manage my stress, I know how challenging it can be. As a mum, I also understand how difficult it is to get the balance between raising your family and all the demands that come with that, alongside working hard to run a business.

I’ve experienced how long term stress affects you physically and emotionally and that feeling of being broken and not knowing what to do. It was following my second burnout that I knew things really had to change.

It’s taken me a while, but I have found a sustainable solution that works and I want to share it with you so that you don’t have to suffer alone like I did. I am living proof that positive changes can be made and quite honestly I wouldn’t be here as a Wellness Coach now, supporting others if I hadn’t found the solution.

I’m on a mission to help as many women as I can to overcome stress, overwhelm and exhaustion so that they can achieve success without compromising their health.

Jen is a great listener, is non judgemental and she really understands what i’m going through. She is empathetic and encouraging and has helped me identify issues and how I could improve my situation with small steps that have really made a big difference.

‘Before working with Jen I had too many plates spinning  and no clear plans. I felt stuck and frustrated. With Jen’s guidance and support I am able to cope much better and now have a plan! I feel much more calm and now have clarity and focus which has been invaluable’.

What really helped me was that Jen actually listened to what was bothering me and helped me ground that it was a genuine reason to feel the way I do and that it was totally normal and understandable to be stressed. It really helped me think about what’s bothering me rather than just brush it off under the ‘I should be able to cope’ umbrella.
