Meditation is a tool that we can use to lower our stress levels and feel calmer. There are many different types of meditation that you can do and like most things, it takes a little trial and error to find what suits you.

Personally, I am a fan of the Guided ‘Body Scan’ Meditation.  It takes less than 10 minutes, it’s really easy to follow and I guarantee you will feel calmer and more relaxed when you have finished!
