The Stress Reset is a single session, a quiet, judgement-free space where we slow things down and look at what’s really been going on for you.
Together we’ll work out what’s been contributing to how you’re feeling, why things might feel harder than they should right now, and what small, realistic changes could help you start to feel calmer and more in control again.
This isn’t about fixing everything in one go. It’s about helping you understand what’s happening, and giving you a clear, gentle place to start.
