Some things take longer to untangle.

If you’ve spent years putting everyone else first, pushing through stress, and telling yourself this is just how life is, it takes more than a short programme to undo that.

The patterns run deep. The habits are ingrained. And the woman you used to be, calmer, lighter, more present, can feel a very long way away.

Back to You is ongoing 1-to-1 coaching for women who are ready to go deeper. To really understand what’s been going on, change the patterns that have kept them stuck, and start creating a life that feels genuinely different.

This isn’t a fixed programme with a rigid process. It’s a flexible, supportive space tailored entirely to you, where we work through what matters most, at a pace that feels right, with someone alongside you every step of the way.

This is the programme I wish had existed when I was at my lowest. Everything we cover is shaped by my own journey back from burnout, and everything I’ve learned supporting women since.

How it works

We meet fortnightly for 1-to-1 coaching sessions, with a minimum commitment of three months.

That time and consistency is important, real, lasting change doesn’t happen overnight, and having regular support means you’re never left to figure things out alone.

Every session is tailored to where you are and what you need. There’s no rigid agenda.

We go at your pace, work through what’s coming up for you, and regularly review how things are going so the support always feels relevant and valuable.

Some women choose to continue beyond three months. Others feel ready to move forward independently.

Either way, you’ll always know where you stand and you’ll leave with the tools, the understanding, and the confidence to keep going.
