I understand the vicious cycle of stress & burnout because i’ve been there! 

I spent over a decade chronically stressed and I know how easy it is to think that feeling constantly overwhelmed and exhausted is just the way life is.

Nobody told me differently so I just got on with it.

But just getting on with it didn’t help me, in fact I hit burnout, not once, but twice!

It’s taken me years of determined work to pick up the pieces.
